  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced

  • 4 slices tomato

  • 4 leaves basil, torn

  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
